Q: Do I have to book both parts?
A: No, but we recommend it. The Emotional Protocol (Part 1) is required to ensure your Physical Plan (Part 2) is fully aligned.

Q: How are sessions delivered?
A: Asynchronous. After purchase you’ll receive an email with a FORM to complete telling us all about your ideal body, current exercise, and diet. Then one of our team intuitives will provide an audio/video recording of your read so you can revisit your customized plan over and over again.

Q: How soon will I see results?
A: Many clients experience shifts quickly, with deeper changes building over time.
