I’m Loren Audette, the Founder of Caring Capacity. I’m an intuitive whose soul pull is to teach others intuition so that, together, we can build a better world.

I help people understand their bodies on a deeper level—bridging the gap between emotional patterns and physical results.

My approach combines intuitive insight with practical strategy, so you’re not just guessing what to do—you’re working with your body in a way that actually supports it.
